Genetics
Zkittlez 2.0 feminised is the Silent Seeds new work, a 70/30 Indica Sativa strain. A variety based on the original Zkittlez by Terphogz crossed with White Runtz. It is an improved version of the famous and reputed Zkittlez, keeping all the original's properties, but with a higher and wider terpenes profile.
A remarkable progress not only focused on flowers, but also in an increase in vigour and robustness compared to the original Zkittlez. Certainly a must to grow genetics.
Zkittlez 2.0, cultivation
Despite its strong 70% Indica genotype, the plant's structure has more of a Sativa appearance. This is due to its large size, reaching about 2.5m, and the long distance between the main branch nodes.
In indoor cultivation, it is advisable to control the vegetative cycle because of the tremendous growth vigour. In only three development weeks, it is possible to obtain specimens of considerable size, continuing to grow in the first two weeks of the 12/12 cycle. It offers a yield of up to 500g per m2 under optimal growing conditions in just about 56-63 days from the cycle change.
Outdoors it develops a tall plant with large secondary branches spaced wide enough to allow sunlight to reach every corner of the plant. Cultivated directly in open ground it reaches its full potential, with a yield of up to 1300g per plant with the harvest ready in late September or early October.
Zkittlez 2.0, flavours and effects
Zkittlez 2.0 offers a powerful and complex flavour, thanks to Silent Seeds breeders' concentrated efforts on this factor. The broad terpenes profile ranges from exotic fruit notes with sweet and creamy undertones to some bitter undertones. Certainly a delight to the palate.
It also produces a remarkable effect, thanks to a THC level of between 17-22% which makes it a powerful strain. Because of the Indica tendency, the effect is almost narcotic with an energetic high at first.
